Right form the initial inquiry we received excellent service, communication was prompt and efficient and they took time to understand our requirements and to create an appropriate itinerary. All of the arrangements were exactly as specified in the itinerary, accommodation was very comforatble, food was very good, and our guide, Ashley, was the best. His knowledge of wildlife and local culture and enthusiasm to share this with us made our holiday. We can’t thank him enough.
